摘 要:构建面向乡村学习者的开放远程学习环境,是互联网时代开放大学培养乡村人才、以开放远程教育服务乡村人才振兴的重要议题。采用混合研究范式,以3557名开放大学乡村成人学习者为样本,经过理论模型构建、指标体系建立、工具检验与确立这3个阶段,形成了面向乡村学习者的开放远程学习环境测量工具。测量工具包含制度体系、技术支持、在地化教学、学习支持、社会支持、个体发展6个维度,经检验具有良好的信度和效度。测量工具体现机构整体性视域和学习者本位立场,兼具理论合理性和实践解释力,有助于深化对开放远程教育培养乡村人才理论的理解,为面向乡村学习者的开放远程学习环境监测、评估与改善提供工具支持。Building an open and distance learning environment for rural learners is an important issue to cultivate rural talents for the open university and serve the revitalization of rural talents with open and distance education in the Internet era.This paper uses a mixed research paradigm,and takes 3,557 rural adult learners of open universities as samples.Through three stages of theoretical model construction,indicator system establishment,instrument testing and establishment,this paper forms a measurement tool of open and distance learning environment for rural learners.The measurement tool contains six dimensions of institutional system,technical support,localized teaching,learning support,social support and personal development,which has been tested to have good reliability and validity.From the holistic perspective of institutions and the learner-oriented stance,the measurement tool has both theoretical rationality and practical explanatory power,which is helpful to deepen the theoretical understanding of cultivating rural talents in open and distance education and to provide tool support for the monitoring,evaluation and improvement of open and distance learning environment for rural learners.
