基层开放大学学生学校归属感现状调查——以广东开放大学下属分校为例

摘  要:借鉴汉化版PSSM量表,就基层开放大学学生学校归属感现状及其特征表现进行调查。结果显示,成人学生学校归属感总体上属于中等水平,具体到性别、职业类型、学生干部身份等方面均存在差异。其中,担任班干部且加入学生会、学生社团组织并积极参加各类活动的学生学校归属感显著偏高。同时,调查中发现,开放大学学生活动开展不足、覆盖面窄,不利于成人学生学校归属感的培育。对此,基层开放大学应强化成人学生组织建设、重视成人学生干部培养、充分发挥学生组织搞活动的优势,以组织为载体,以学生干部为纽带,以活动为桥梁,团结凝聚师生群体,以强化成人学生学校归属感。Using the Chinese-adapted version of Psychological Sense of School Membership(PSSM)scale,this study investigates the current state and characteristic manifestations of the students’sense of belonging in grassroots open universities.The results show that adult students generally exhibit a moderate level of sense of belonging to university,with significant differences observed in variables,such as gender,occupation,and student leadership roles.Among them,students who serve as class leaders,join in student unions or associations,and actively participate in various activities,reported a significantly higher sense of belonging.The survey also finds that the lack of student activities and limited coverage of these activities in open universities hindered the cultivation of a sense of belonging among the adult students.To address this,grassroots open universities should strengthen the development of adult student organizations,emphasize the training of adult student leaders,and leverage the advantages of student organizations to organize activities.By using the organizations as carriers,student leaders as connectors,and activities as bridges,these efforts can foster unity among faculty and students,thereby enhancing adult students’sense of belonging.
