摘  要:本文紧扣青年班主任成长主题,深入探讨如何延长其成熟期并压缩高原期。通过剖析成长过程中面临的成熟周期长、易陷入职业高原期等困境及成因,以“四层三阶”校本培训体系为依托,从学校管理培训优化与教师自我提升两方面多维度施策,旨在促进青年班主任专业成长,提升班级管理与教育教学成效,助力其成长为教育骨干,推动教育事业前行。This paper focuses on the growth theme of young head teachers,and discusses how to extend their maturity and reduce the plateau period.By analyzing the difficulties and causes in the process of growth,such as long maturity cycle and easy to fall into the career plateau,and relying on the"four levels and three levels"school-based training system,this paper puts forward multi-dimensional measures from the two aspects of school management training optimization and teachers'self-improvement,aiming to promote the professional growth of young head teachers,improve the effectiveness of class management and education and teaching,help them grow into the backbone of education,and promote the advancement of education.
