角色游戏中的中班幼儿合作行为观察研究——以重庆市某园为例

摘  要:合作是幼儿社会性发展的重要部分,而中班幼儿的合作行为正处于培养与发展的关键时期,在角色游戏中发展中班幼儿的合作行为成为必然。本研究随机抽取重庆市主城区某公办园的30名中班幼儿,以观察法作为主要的研究方法,从合作规模、合作发起、合作行为表现方式等多个维度对中班幼儿的合作行为进行观察、记录与分析,了解中班幼儿合作行为现状与特征,并辅以访谈法来分析影响中班幼儿合作行为的几大因素,提出针对性教育策略。Cooperation is one of the essential content of children's social development,and cooperation behavior of the children of middle class is in a critical period of development and training.What’s more,the development of children's cooperative behavior in role play has been the inevitable choice of kindergarten teachers.This study randomly selected a garden of 30 middle-class children from the main city of Chongqing,and the main research methods is observation on the theme of the game,the scale of cooperation,the initiation of cooperation,the expression of cooperative behavior,the degree of cooperation so as to observe,record and analyze the present situation of cooperative behavior of middle-class children,and through the interview method,several factors of cooperative behavior can be seen.Thus,targeted strategies are put forward in the end.
