摘  要:目的探究以团队为基础的教学法(team based learning,TBL)在临床医学《外科学》教学中的应用效果。方法选取永州职业技术学院2021级临床医学专业某班60名学生作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组30名。对照组采用传统教学,研究组采用TBL教学。比较两组学习效果、批判性思维、教学满意度和自主学习时间。结果研究组章节理论平均考核成绩、章节技能操作考核成绩、最终理论考核成绩和最终技能考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组寻求真相、分析能力、求知欲、开放思想、自信心、系统化能力得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组学习兴趣、临床思维、知识掌握程度、合作沟通能力、自主学习能力满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组课前和课后自主学习时间均长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论TBL应用于《外科学》教学中能明显提高学生理论基础和实践操作能力,提升学生的批判性思维,增强学生对教学的满意度,激发学生学习的主动性。Objective To explore the application effect of team based learning(TBL)in clinical medicine Surgery teaching.Methods 60 students from a class of 2021 clinical major in Yongzhou Vocational Technical College were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to random number table method,with 30 students in each group.The control group used traditional teaching,and the study group used TBL teaching.The learning effect,critical thinking,teaching satisfaction and autonomous learning time were compared between the two groups.Results The average examination results of chapter theory,chapter skill operation,final theoretical examination and final skill examination in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of truth seeking,analysis ability,curiosity,open thinking,self-confidence and systematic ability in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of learning interest,clinical thinking,knowledge mastery,cooperative communication ability and autonomous learning ability in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The autonomous learning time before and after class in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of TBL in the teaching of Surgery can significantly improve students'theoretical basis and practical operation ability,enhance students'critical thinking,enhance students'satisfaction with teaching,and stimulate students'learning initiative.
