开放大学教师教学发展中心的建设与实践——以广州开放大学为例

摘　　要：教师教学发展中心是近十年来在我国大学中广泛设置的一种能够综合性地引领教学发展方向、促进办学水平和人才培养质量提高的专门机构。建设与学校开放教育发展相匹配的强有力的教师中心,促进教师教学向专业化、学术化方向发展,对提高开放教育教学质量和科研水平以及师资队伍综合实力等方面具有举足轻重的作用。广州开放大学教师教学发展中心建设围绕学校“将广州开放大学建设成为高水平城市开放大学”的总目标,着力于三个体系建设,全面系统性重塑开放教育教学体系,使教师具备“三建三手一直播”的综合教学能力,形成“直播教学+数字化资源+社区式教研”立体结构的开放式教学新生态,构建了自己的操作系统。The past ten years have seen many universities across China establishing their own teachers’teaching development centers,and specializing in providing overall guidance and direction to their teaching development,with a vision to upgrade their educational level and talent cultivation quality.For an open university,it is also of great significance to build up its well-performing teachers’center that matehes the development of the university’s open education.It would help professionalize and acadamize its teaching,improve its teaching quality,its research level,and its staff’s comprehensive qualities.In the process of building its teachers’teaching development center to better serve its ambition to be a higher level city-based open university,Guangzhou Open University has been developing its three systems,reshaping systematically its teaching mechanism in open education,increasing its teachers’comprehensive teaching abilities in three constructions(which are platform-based course construction,teaching resources construction,and teaching teams construction),three skills(which are teaching skill,skill of developing teaching resources,and skill of doing teaching reform and research),and online-based live teaching,thus,a new open teaching ecology could evolve featuring live teaching+digital resources+community-based research,and its own operation system could be constructed.
