摘  要:作为化工行业特色鲜明的地方工科院校,实践教学过程将与高温、高压、易燃、易爆、有毒、有害等因素紧密联系,因而真实实验操作过程中存在破坏性大、实验成本高等问题,分析现有实验教学的弊端,拟从安全环保、实践优越性、工程认证三个方面,提出建立虚拟仿真实验教学平台的必要性。通过校内现有资源整合方式,建立具有鲜明专业特色和创新性的虚拟仿真实验教学体系。实现更广泛的虚拟仿真项目在安全类专业实验教学及实习上的应用。In a local engineering college with distinct characteristics in chemical industry,the practical teaching process will be closely related with high temperature,high pressure,flammable,explosive,toxic and harmful factors,therefore,there are some problems in the operation of the experiment,such as the great destruction and the high cost of the experiment.On the basis of analyzing the problems,the researchers put forward the necessity of setting up virtual simulation experiment teaching platform with the consideration of the following three aspects:safety and environmental protection,practical superiority,and engineering certification.Through the integration of the existing resources in Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology,the teaching system of virtual simulation experiment with distinctive professional characteristics and innovation is established and a wide range of application of virtual simulation projects in the safety of professional experimental teaching and practice has been achieved.
