摘 要:新型数字基础设施的快速发展,深刻影响了企业内部高管认知与外部竞争优势。本文基于印记理论与动态能力理论,在已有研究的基础上,进一步探究高管认知图式一致性演化的前因,提出“新型数字基础设施→高管认知图式一致性→企业数字化转型”路径;同时,构建一个有调节的中介模型,探讨区域新型创业代群影响高管团队认知的边界条件。利用A股上市公司数据,采用多元回归分析法进行实证检验,结果表明:随着新型数字基础设施投入不断加大,会促进企业稳步推进数字化转型;企业动态能力随着高管团队认知图式一致性的增强而提升,加速了企业数字化转型进程;区域新型创业代群的发展会导致高管认知图式偏差,阻碍企业转型进程。上述结论在不同产权性质与不同地区的高管及其背景之间存在异质性。研究围绕数字化背景下企业数字化转型前因与路径,完善了现有路径机制,为企业充分利用内部动态能力管理与外部数字基础设施,加快数字化转型提供理论依据与管理启示。The rapid development of new digital infrastructure has profoundly influenced both the internal cognition of execu⁃tives and the external competitive advantages of firms.Based on imprinting theory and dynamic capabilities theory,and building upon existing research,this paper further explores the antecedents of the evolution of executive cognitive schema consistency,proposing the pathway“New Digital Infrastructure→Executive Cognitive Schema Consistency→Corporate Digital Transformation”.Additional⁃ly,a moderated mediation model is constructed to examine the boundary conditions under which regional new entrepreneurial genera⁃tions impact executive team cognition.Using the data of A-share listed companies,the empirical test is carried out by multiple re⁃gression analysis,the results show that as investments in new digital infrastructure increase,firms steadily advance their digital transformation processes.The dynamic capabilities of firms are enhanced as executive cognitive schema consistency improves,ac⁃celerating the digital transformation.However,the development of regional new entrepreneurial generations can lead to biases in exe⁃cutive cognitive schemas,thereby hindering the transformation process.These findings demonstrate heterogeneity across executives and their backgrounds in different ownership structures and regions.This study,focusing on the antecedents and pathways of digital transformation in the context of digitalization,enriches the existing theoretical framework and provides theoretical and managerial in⁃sights for firms to leverage internal dynamic capabilities and external digital infrastructure in accelerating their digital transformation.
