摘 要:目的 探索消化病学专业学位研究生临床实践教学改革的效果评价。方法 运用自制量表对我科专业学位研究生进行问卷调查,分组为既往实践教学法(对照组)和新型实践教学改革组(试验组),对新型实践教学改革体系进行评价,并对评价结果进行比较。结果 对照组的总体评价为(3.95±0.38)分,而试验组总体评价为(4.59±0.50)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组对于培训计划、考核内容及培训收获方面均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 相比于既往消化科实践教学体系,此次新型实践教学改革可显著提高消化科专业学位研究生的综合素质,提高了学生的满意度。同时,教学质量得到明显提高。Objective To explore the effectiveness of the clinical teaching reform.Methods The self-made questionnaire was employed to survey on the clinical graduates in our department,and they were divided into the previous clinical practice teaching method(control group)and the new practice teaching reform group(experimental group).The new teaching reform system was evaluated and the evaluation results were compared.Results The overall score of the control group was(3.95±0.38),while that of the experimental group was(4.59±0.50),with statistically significant(P<0.05).The training plan,assessment content and training harvest of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the previous practice teaching system of gastroenterology,the new teaching reform can significantly improve the comprehensive quality of gastroenterology graduate students,improve students'satisfaction,and significantly improve the teaching quality.
