摘　　要：黄炎培作为体现教育家精神的杰出代表,不仅为教育家精神的弘扬和发展提供了丰富的历史资源,更成为当代教育工作者的宝贵的精神指引和实践典范。其职教思想与新时代教育家精神内涵高度契合,主要表现为担当使命、创新实践和以人为本。通过对教育家精神根植黄炎培职教思想进行历史循证,并对其思想传承进行展望,发现通过发展职业道德教育,提升学生综合素养,培育具有社会责任感的高素质技能人才;传承实用主义理念,结合市场需求导向,开展适应社会发展需求的专业课程教学;践行职业工匠精神,坚持立德树人初心,塑造良好职业素养的双师型教师形象;实现工学有机结合,推进产教深度融合,构建迎合时代发展的现代职业教育体系等发展策略,可为现代职业教育体系改革实践提供思路与启发,为构建教育强国提供强大的精神指引和价值支撑。As an outstanding representative of the spirit of educators,Huang Yanpei not only provides rich historical resources for the promotion and development of the spirit of educators,but also becomes a valuable spiritual guidance and practical model for contemporary educators.Its vocational education thought is highly consistent with the spiritual connotation of educators in the new era,which is mainly manifested as taking the mission,innovative practice and people-oriented.The historical evidence of integrating the spirit of educators into Huang Yanpei’s vocational education thought,And to look forward to its ideological inheritance,Through the development of professional ethics education,Improve students’comprehensive quality,Cultivating high-quality and skilled personnel with a sense of social responsibility;Inheriting the ideas of pragmatism,Combined with the market-demand orientation,Carry out professional course teaching to meet the needs of social development;Practice the spirit of professional craftsman,Adhere to the original aspiration of moral education,Create the image of the double-qualified teachers with good professional quality;Realize the organic combination of work and study,Promote the deep integration of industry and education,Development strategies,such as building a modern vocational education system that caters to the development of The Times,It can provide ideas and inspiration for the reform and practice of modern vocational education system,To provide strong spiritual guidance and value support for building a strong education country.
