摘　　要：培育新质生产力体系亟需专业技术人才,高职院校正是孕育高技能人才的沃土。针对高职院校机械专业人才培养中存在的培养模式落后、校企合作不充分、教学与生产实践脱节、师资水平落后等问题,立足驻马店职业技术学院的学科基础和发展优势,从促进新质生产力发展的角度,提出高职院校机械专业人才培养要从打造“1+X+N”人才培养新模式,共建现代产业学院,健全课程思政体系,引领教师队伍建设等方面入手,从而促进高职院校机械专业高质量发展。Cultivating a new quality productivity system requires urgently professional and technical talents,and vocational colleges are the fertile ground for nurturing high skilled talents.Based on the disciplinary foundation and development advantages of Zhumadian Vocational and Technical College,and from the perspective of promoting the development of new quality productive forces,it was proposed that cultivation of mechanical professionals in vocational colleges should start from creating a new"1+X+N"talent cultivation model,build jointly modern industrial colleges,improve the ideological and political courses system,and lead the construction of teacher teams,so as to address the problems existing in cultivation of mechanical professionals in vocational colleges such as outdated training models,insufficient cooperation between schools and enterprises,disconnection between teaching and production practice,and outdated level of teaching staff.
