摘 要:加强高校铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育是实现中华民族伟大复兴的必然要求。基于结构功能主义理论框架,高校开展铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育在功能内涵上具有满足建设中华民族复兴伟业的人才需要、促进民族团结进步教育事业高质量发展、提升铸牢中华民族共同体意识教育成效、强化中华各民族学生的价值共识四个方面特性;在功能释放上遭遇嵌入社会系统的主动适应功能受限、融入育人层级的目标达成功能受阻、深入教学环节的资源整合功能欠缺,浸润校园文化的模式维持功能薄弱四个方面困境。对此,可以从依托协同建设、明确目标导向、整合育人资源、加强文化建设四个方面进行教育路径的优化。Strengthening the education of consolidating the sense of community of the Chinese nation in colleges and universi⁃ties is an essential requirement for achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Based on the framework of structural func⁃tionalism theory,the education on consolidating the sense of community of the Chinese nation carried out by colleges and universi⁃ties exhibits four characteristics in terms of functional connotation:meeting the talent needs for building the great cause of Chinese national rejuvenation,promoting the high-quality development of national unity and progress education,enhancing the effectiveness of education on consolidating the sense of community of the Chinese nation,and strengthening the value consensus of students from all nationalities in China.However,there are four challenges in terms of functional release:limited active adaptation capabilities em⁃bedded in social systems,hindered achievement of integration goals into educational levels,lack of resource integration capabilities in deep teaching processes,and weak maintenance capabilities in the mode of infiltrating campus culture.To address these challeng⁃es,we can optimize the education path from four aspects:relying on collaborative construction,clarifying the goal orientation,inte⁃grating educational resources,and strengthening cultural construction.
