摘  要:【目的】针对马铃薯淀粉废水低温发酵启动困难,筛选低温发酵菌株并优化其低温发酵条件。【方法】以从低温条件自然发酵的马铃薯淀粉废水当中已分离得到的3株真菌作为出发菌株,进行低温发酵性能的对比,筛选低温发酵菌株,进一步对该菌株进行低温驯化,并对其生物学特性进行考察。采用单因素试验、结合响应面设计方法重点考察了发酵温度、时间、接种量及摇床转速对COD去除率的影响,优化了低温发酵条件。【结果】筛选的杰丁塞伯林德纳氏酵母在15~18℃条件下具有良好的潜在发酵性能;当发酵温度为17℃、培养时间为45 h、接种量为10.4%及摇床转速为163 r/min时,马铃薯淀粉废水的COD去除率达到58.74%。处理后淀粉废水中SS降低了71.0%,TN降低了24.5%,TP降低了53.0%,有机物质含量大幅降低。【结论】研究结果可为马铃薯淀粉加工企业低温环境下处理马铃薯淀粉废水提供参考依据。【Objective】To screen low-temperature fermentation strains and optimize their lowtemperature fermentation conditions,given the difficulty of starting low-temperature fermentation of potato starch wastewater.【Method】Three fungi isolated from potato starch wastewater naturally fermented under low-temperature conditions were used as starting strains to compare the low-temperature fermentation per⁃formance,low-temperature fermentation strains were screened,and the strains were further domesticated at low temperature and their biological characteristics were investigated.The effect of fermentation tempera⁃ture,time,inoculation amount and shaker speed on COD removal rate were investigated by single factorial test and response surface design method,and the low-temperature fermentation conditions were optimized.【Result】The screened Cyberlindnera jadinii had good potential fermentation performance under the condi⁃tions of 15~18℃.When the fermentation temperature was 17°C,the incubation time was 45 h,the inoculation amount was 10.4%and the shaker speed was 163 r/min,the COD removal rate of potato starch waste⁃water reached 58.74%.After treatment,SS in starch wastewater was reduced by 71.0%,TN by 24.5%,TP by 53.0%,and the content of organic matter was greatly reduced.【Conclusion】The results can provide a reference for the treatment of potato starch wastewater in the low temperature environment of potato starch processing plants.
