摘  要:加快发展新质生产力是推进我国高质量发展现代化产业的战略举措,更是职业教育高质量发展的全新着力点。职业教育先驱人物黄炎培的大职教观、德技兼修和敬业乐群等思想精髓,对新质生产力赋能职业教育高质量发展提供了宝贵的启示:以服务区域产业为办学关键;以培育新技术技能人才为根本目标;以系统提高师资质量为动力源泉。基于此逻辑,可采取树立“大职教观”新观念,构建“社会性”产教融合共同体;融通“数智科技”新技术,培育“实践性”新质人才;攀登“敬业乐群”新梯度,打造“乐业性”高质量双师队伍等三大路径,赋能新质生产力高质量发展。Accelerating the development of new quality productive forces is a strategic measure to promote the high-quality development of modern industrialization in China,and it is also a new focus of high-quality development of vocational education.The essence of Huang Yanpei’s pioneering thoughts on vocational education,such as the concept of comprehensive vocational education,the dual cultivation of morality and skills,and respect work and enjoy company,providing valuable guidance for empowering new quality productive forces to drive the high-quality development of vocational education:Firstly,taking service for regional industries as the key to running a school;Secondly,taking cultivating new technology and skill talents as the fundamental goal;Thirdly,improving the quality of teachers as the source of power.Based on this logic:We should establish“Great Vocational Education”to build a“social”integration between industry and education;integrate“digital and intelligent technology”to cultivate“practical”new quality talents;climb the“devotion and harmony”new ladder to build a“happy work”high-quality dual-teacher team.
