摘 要:目的分析小儿外科危重症护理带教中应用翻转课堂联合以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)的价值。方法选取徐州医科大学附属徐州儿童医院2021年1月—2022年12月小儿外科危重症护理带教的77名护士为研究对象,按不同教学方法进行分组,其中2021年1—12月的37名护士采用常规带教方案,设为对照组,2022年1—12月的40名护士应用翻转课堂联合基于问题的教学带教,设为观察组。评价2组带教成绩、教学模式评价以及护士学习与工作能力。结果带教后,观察组护士的护理操作成绩为(86.75±7.96)分,高于对照组[(75.14±8.36)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组的带教方式评分为(86.79±7.96)分,高于对照组[(75.48±7.44)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。观察组的自主学习评分为(87.26±5.92)分,高于对照组[(72.14±7.86)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论小儿外科危重症护理带教中应用翻转课堂联合PBL教学法可提升护士的学习成绩、自我学习能力及工作能力,并提升护士对于教学模式的满意度。Objective To analyze the value of applied problem teaching combined with flipped classroom in pediatric critical care nursing teaching.Methods A total of 77 nurses of pediatric critical care in the Affiliated Xuzhou Children’s Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.According to different methods,among which 37 nurses from January 2021 to December 2021 applied routine teaching program as the control group.From January 2022 to December 2022,40 nurses applied flipped classroom combined with problem-based teaching and learning to evaluate the teaching performance,teaching mode evaluation,and nurses'self-learning and working ability of the two teaching programs as an observation group.Results After teaching,the nursing operation score of the observation group was(86.75±7.96)points,which was higher than that of the control group[(75.14±8.36)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The teaching style score of the observation group was(86.79±7.96)points,which was higher than that of the control group[(75.48±7.44)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The score of autonomous learning in the observation group was(87.26±5.92)points,which was higher than that in the control group[(72.14±7.86)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The application of flipped classroom combined with PBL teaching method in the teaching of critical care nursing in pediatric surgery can improve nurses’academic performance,selflearning ability and working ability,and improve nurses’satisfaction with the teaching mode.
