摘  要:目的探讨老年病护理教学中应用Workshop结合情景模拟教学法的教学效果。方法选取2021年2月―2023年2月重庆市人民医院老年科的100名实习生,按照不同的教学模式分为联合组和对照组,各50名。联合组采用Workshop结合情景模拟教学法,对照组采用传统教学模式。统计并分析2组实习生的老年病护理维护考评成绩、临床思维能力、综合能力、成长值、教学评价和教学满意度。结果联合组实习生的各项老年病护理维护考评成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组实习生的各项临床思维能力均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组实习生的护理操作技能、逻辑思维能力和随机应变能力评分均高于对照组[(88.63±5.76)分vs.(74.36±3.91)分,(88.34±6.32)分vs.(75.37±4.33)分,(87.58±6.10)分vs.(74.67±4.74)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组实习生的各项成长值评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组实习生认为教学形式较好、提升学习效果、充分调动学习积极性、提升沟通协调能力、提升团队合作能力、提升应急应变能力、提升实践操作能力、提升临床综合能力的比例均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组实习生的教学满意度为96.00%,高于对照组(72.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在老年病护理教学中应用Workshop结合情景模拟教学法的教学效果显著,能有效提高实习生的老年病护理维护考评成绩,使其临床思维能力、综合能力和成长值得到提升,且教学评价较好,获得了较高的教学满意度。Objective To explore the effect of workshop combined with scenario simulation teaching method in geriatric nursing teaching.Methods A total of 100 interns in the department of geriatric of Chongqing People’s Hospital from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected and divided into combined group and control group by different teaching models,with 50 students each groups.The combined group adopted the workshop combined with scenario simulation teaching method,while the control group adopted traditional teaching model.The results of geriatric nursing maintenance evaluation scores,clinical thinking ability,comprehensive ability,growth value,teaching evaluation and teaching satisfaction of 2 groups of interns were analyzed.Results The scores of geriatric nursing maintenance evaluation of the interns in the combined group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of clinical thinking ability of interns in the combined group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nursing operation skills,logical thinking ability and adaptability of interns in the combined group were higher than those in the control group[(88.63±5.76)points vs.(74.36±3.91)points,(88.34±6.32)points vs.(75.37±4.33)points,(87.58±6.10)points vs.(74.67±4.74)points],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The growth scores of interns in the combined group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of interns in the combined group who believeed that the teaching form was better,the learning effect was improved,the learning enthusiasm was fully mobilized,the communication and coordination ability was improved,the team cooperation ability was improved,the emergency response ability was improved,the practical operation ability was improved,and the clinical comprehensive ability was improved were higher than those
