摘  要:目的了解早期接触临床课程思政的实施现状及临床护理教师对课程思政的教学需求,为探索跨专业早期接触临床课程思政教学实践方案提供参考。方法选取2023年2―3月北京协和医院的78名临床护理教师进行问卷调查,调查早期接触临床课程思政的实施现状与教学需求。结果33.33%(26/78)的临床护理教师对课程思政比较和非常了解,94.87%(74/78)的教师认为较为必要和非常必要在早期接触临床课程中开展课程思政。在实际的课程实施过程中,仅有43.59%(34/78)的教师会在临床带教过程中会设置思政相关教学目标,35.90%(28/78)的教师会经常在临床带教过程中融入课程思政元素。临床护理教师多认为“德育教育准确性和科学性难以把握”“教学大纲中思政目标模糊”“教师自身的思政育人意识欠缺”是影响早期接触临床课程思政实施的主要因素。“提供课程思政教学案例指南等参考资料”“搭建交流平台,经验分享与学习”“强化示范引领,提供观摩学习机会”是临床护理教师的主要需求。结论为有效推进早期接触临床课程思政的建设,医院应充分调动思政教育资源,提升临床护理教师的思政教学能力,并对课程进行整体的规划、完善制度的建立并提出切实可行的实施方案,推进课程体系的建设。Objective To understand the current situation of curriculum ideology and politics of early clinical exposure courses and the teaching needs of clinical nursing teachers for curriculum ideology and politics,to provides a reference for exploring the ideological and political teaching practice scheme of early clinical exposure course.Methods A total of 78 clinical nursing teachers in Peking Union Medical College Hospital from February to March 2023 were selected to investigate the current situation and teaching needs of ideological and political in early clinical exposure.Results 33.33%(26/78)of clinical nursing teachers have a good understanding of curriculum ideology and politics,and 94.87%(74/78)believed that it is necessary and very necessary to carry out curriculum ideology and politics in early clinical exposure courses.In the actual course implementation process,only 43.59%(34/78)of teachers will set ideological and political related teaching objectives in the clinical teaching process,and 35.90%(28/78)of teachers will often integrate curriculum ideological and political elements in the clinical teaching process.Most clinical nursing teachers think that“the accuracy and scientificity of moral education are difficult to grasp”,“the ideological and political objectives in the teaching syllabus are vague”,“and the teachers themselves lack of ideological and political education awareness”are the main factors affecting the implementation of ideological and political education in early clinical exposure courses.The main needs of clinical nursing teachers are“providing reference materials such as case guides for ideological and political teaching in the curriculum”,“building an exchange platform,sharing experience and learning”,“strengthening demonstration and guidance,and providing opportunities for observation and learning”.Conclusion In order to effectively promote the ideological and political construction of early contact clinical curriculum,hospitals should fully mobilize ideological an
