摘  要:在现代医学中,骨科临床患者的数量多,其亚专业种类分得较细,对从业人员的能力要求较高,往往需要其具备丰富的解剖知识和大量的操作训练经验。而传统的课堂教学模式在骨科专项培训和继续教育中存在明显不足,故需要探索新的教育培训模式。文章对3D打印技术在骨科教育领域的应用进展进行综述,以期对改进骨科专项培训和继续教育有所帮助。3D打印技术作为新型快速成型技术,在骨科的临床治疗中获得快速推广并应用,目前已开始被拓展应用于骨科教育、手术培训和治疗沟通,不仅有助于医学生、住院医师的医疗训练,还有助于相关从业人员加深对相应疾病的深入认识。利用3D打印技术制作的解剖定制模型,可精准展现病变与其周围复杂解剖结构之间的毗邻关系,对于医学实践和教学都具有极高的应用价值。3D打印模型还是较好的健康宣教模具,有助于医患交流与沟通。通过直观形象的立体模型,可使患者更轻松地了解疾病的形态部位,以及手术范围和风险等治疗信息,从而有助于其更好地树立信心并积极配合治疗。In modern medicine,there are many orthopedic clinical patients,and the increasingly specialized sub-fields demands a heightened level of proficiency from practitioners,who must possess extensive anatomical understanding and a lot of operational training experience to meet the rigorous demands of this field.However,the traditional classroom teaching mode exhibits evident limitations when applied to orthopedic specialty training and continuous education,necessitating the exploration and adoption of innovative educational and training modes.This article reviews the application progress of 3D printing technology in the field of orthopedic education,aiming to contribute to the enhancement of specialized training and continuing education of orthopedics.As a new type of rapid prototyping technology,3D printing technology has been rapidly popularized and applied in orthopedic clinical practice.It has now begun to extend its reach into orthopedic education,surgical training and treatment communication,which is not only helpful for the medical training of medical students and residents,but also helps relevant practitioners to deepen their understanding of the corresponding diseases.The anatomically customized models made by 3D printing technology can accurately show the adjacency between the lesion and its surrounding intricate anatomical structures,thus holding considerable practical significance and instructional value in both medical practice and education.3D-printed models also serve as excellent tools for health education,promoting effective doctor-patient interaction and communication.By creating a tangible 3D model,patients can more easily understand the morphology and location of the disease,as well as treatment information such as the scope and risk of surgery.This enhanced comprehension fosters greater confidence and encourages active cooperation with the treatment.
