摘　　要：拔尖创新人才是最宝贵、最稀缺的人才资源。拔尖创新人才的成长、涌现,是各方面因素共同作用的结果。其中,教育起着基础性的作用。尤其是学校教育,属于早期培养阶段,对于拔尖创新人才成长至关重要。总体上看,我国的拔尖创新人才培养在前期探索取得了一定的进展和成绩,但也还有较大的改进空间,主要体现为教育理念有待改进、教育多样化欠缺、人才培养投入不足、创新人才的早期识别存在偏差、教育评价存在扭曲等。有鉴于此,整个教育体系需要进行适应性变革,即形成保护学生个性充分发展的基础教育形态;扩大教育体系的多样性和选择性;改革和创新高等教育人才培养体制;加强拔尖创新人才贯通和协同培养;改革考试招生和教育评价制度;强化拔尖创新人才培养的激励和保障。Top-notch innovative talents represent the most valuable and scarce human resources.The cultivation and emergence of top-notch innovative talents result from the synergistic interplay of multifaceted factors.Among these,education plays a foundational role.In particular,school education,as a critical early-stage developmental phase,is of paramount importance for the growth of outstanding innovative talents.Overall,the preliminary exploration within China's educational system to foster top-notch innovative talents has achieved certain progress and accomplishments.However,there remains considerable room for improvement,primarily reflected in the need to refine educational philosophies,enhance educational diversity,increase investment in talent cultivation,address biases in the early identification of innovative talents,and rectify distortions in educational evaluation.In light of these challenges,the entire educational system requires adaptive reforms.These reforms should aim to establish a basic education framework that protects and promotes the full development of students' individuality,expand the diversity and selectivity of the educational system,innovate and reform the talent cultivation mechanisms in higher education,strengthen the integrated and collaborative cultivation of top innovative talents,reform the examination and admission systems as well as educational evaluation mechanisms,and enhance the incentives and safeguards for the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents.
