摘　　要：立德树人是党对教育工作的根本要求,也是教育改革发展的基本任务。党的十八大以来,我国逐步推进立德树人体系建设,在稳步推进学校思想政治教育体系建设、找准学生健康成长及全面发展着力点、拓展实践育人和网络育人空间、推进国家通用语言文字教育及统编教材实施等方面积累了丰富经验。教育强国建设新形势下,面对世界百年未有之大变局、教育要素特点及其组合的变化,立德树人面临思想政治教育如何高质量开展、学生身心健康与全面发展如何协同推进、实践育人与网络育人如何融合发展、国家通用语言文字推广与教材体系建设如何协力开展的挑战与问题。要一体推进思政课程与课程思政建设,构建“三全育人”体系;统筹身心健康与全面发展,构建学生成长支持体系;深化实践育人与网络育人融合,拓展育人内容与载体;推动高质量教材建设与国家语言文字推广的协同发展,以此构建立德树人新格局。Fostering virtue is the Party's fundamental requirement for education and the core mission of education reform and development.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,my country has gradually promoted the construction of the system of establishing morality and cultivating people,and has accumulated rich experience in steadily promoting the construction of the school ideological and political education system,finding the focus of students'healthy growth and all-round development,exploring and expanding the space for practical education and online education,and promoting the implementation of national common language and characters education and unified textbooks.In the new era of constructing a leading country in education,facing the great changes that have not been seen in a century,the changes in the characteristics of educational elements and their combinations,establishing morality and cultivating people faces challenges and problems such as how to carry out ideological and political education with high quality,how to coordinate the physical and mental health and all-round development of students,how to integrate the development of practical education and online education,and how to promote the national common language and characters and the construction of the textbook system.It is necessary to promote the construction of"Ideological and Political Theory Courses"and"Ideological and Political Education Integrated Throughout Curriculum"in an integrated manner,and build a"Al1-Round Education in the Whole Process with All-Staff"system;coordinate physical and mental health and all-round development,and build a student growth support system;deepen the integration of practical education and online education,and expand the content and carriers for education;promote the coordinated development of high-quality textbook construction and national language and characters promotion,so as to shape a new pattern of establishing morality and cultivating people.
