摘  要:本文阐述了食品检验在保障食品安全、提升食品质量、维护消费者权益等方面的核心作用,以及对食品生产、加工、流通等环节质量把控的意义,揭示了食品检验在现代食品行业中不可替代的地位。同时,从检验设备、检验人员、检验标准和方法等多个方面分析影响因素,旨在为提高食品检验水平,加强食品质量控制提供理论支持和实践指导。This paper expounds the core role of food inspection in ensuring food safety,improving food quality,safeguarding consumer rights and interests,and the significance of quality control in food production,processing,circulation and other links,revealing the irreplaceable position of food inspection in the modern food industry.At the same time,the influencing factors are analyzed from many aspects such as inspection equipment,inspectors,inspection standards and methods,aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the level of food inspection and strengthening food quality control.
