摘 要:虾青素是一种类胡萝卜素,有强大的天然抗氧化能力,主要存在于虾、蟹、鲑鱼、藻类等水产生物中。本文采用离子液体微乳液从克氏原螯虾壳中提取虾青素,比较了不同离子液体的提取情况,选取辛基三丁基溴化磷进行后续实验。分别研究了固液比、离子液体微乳液成分比例、超声功率和超声时间对虾青素提取率的影响,并在单因素基础之上进行正交实验,结果显示最优工艺条件为固液比1∶30,离子液体微乳液成分比0.20∶0.12∶0.48∶0.20,超声功率150 W,超声时间25 min,此时虾青素提取率为581.52μg·g^(-1)。Astaxanthin is a carotenoid with powerful natural antioxidant capacity,which is mainly found in aquatic organisms such as shrimp,crab,salmon and algae.In this paper,astaxanthin was extracted from Procambarus clarkii shells,by using ionic liquid microemulsion,and the extraction of different ionic liquids was compared,and octyltributylphosphonium bromide was selected for the subsequent experiments.The effects of solid-liquid ratio,ionic liquid microemulsion composition ratio,ultrasonic power and ultrasonic time on the extraction rate of astaxanthin were investigated separately,and orthogonal experiments were carried out on the basis of a single factor,and the results showed that the optimal process conditions were solid-liquid ratio of 1∶30,ionic liquid microemulsion composition ratio of 0.20∶0.12∶0.48∶0.20,ultrasonic power of 150 W,ultrasonic time of 25 min,the astaxanthin extraction rate was 581.52μg·g^(-1)under this condition.
