摘　　要：高效液相色谱(High Performance Liquid Chromatography,HPLC)是一种常用的检测技术。本文从HPLC的检测原理和技术特点入手,分析了它在食品质量检测中的应用优势,结合现有研究成果和文献,详细阐述了HPLC对食品中添加剂、营养成分、毒害物质的检测应用,最后指出HPLC的未来发展方向。本文为食品质量检测工作提供了新思路,有助于充分发挥出HPLC的价值和优势,进一步保障食品安全和消费者的健康。High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)is a commonly used detection technology.This article starts from the detection principle and technical characteristics HPLC,analyzes its application advantages in food quality inspection;combined with existing research results and literature,it elaborates on the detection application of HPLC for,nutritional components,and harmful substances in food;and finally points out the future development direction of HPLC.Through this article,new ideas are provided for food inspection work,and the value and advantages of HPLC are fully utilized to further ensure food safety and consumer health.
