摘  要:本文对2024年钦州市食品安全监督抽检数据进行了系统的统计与分析。结果显示,2024年钦州市共抽检食品样品7575批次,其中7298批次样品质量合格,合格率为96.34%,277批次样品存在不合格情况。合格率较低的食品类别有水果制品(85.00%)、餐饮食品(88.55%)、炒货食品及坚果制品(90.91%)。不合格项目主要包括农兽药残留超标、有机物污染、食品添加剂超范围、超限量使用等。2024年钦州市整体食品安全状况表现良好,但食用农产品中的农兽药残留、餐饮食品中的有机物污染问题仍较为突出,需要相关监管部门持续关注。This article provides a systematic statistical analysis of the food safety supervision and sampling data in Qinzhou city in 2024.The results showed that in 2024,a total of 7575 batches of food samples were sampled in Qinzhou city,of which 7298 batches had qualified quality with a pass rate of 96.34%,and 277 batches had unqualified conditions.The food categories with lower qualification rates include fruit products(85.00%),catering foods(88.55%),stir fried foods,and nut products(90.91%).The unqualified items mainly include excessive residues of agricultural and veterinary drugs,organic pollution,food additives exceeding the range,and excessive use.In 2024,the overall food safety situation in Qinzhou city performed well,but the problems of pesticide residues in edible agricultural products and organic pollution in catering food are still prominent and require continuous attention from relevant regulatory departments.
