旅游食品安全管理的现状与对策分析

摘  要:随着人们生活质量的不断提升,我国旅游业进入蓬勃发展阶段,而旅游食品安全问题更是受到社会的广泛关注。现阶段,国内旅游食品安全呈现出多面性,很多景区为推动旅游产业高质量发展而纷纷构建起严格的食品安全监督管理机制。然而,部分景区内仍然存在食品监管薄弱、食品卫生质量不达标等问题。此外,旅游食品的多样化与快速流通性也为食品安全管理带来了一定难度。基于此,本文就旅游食品安全管理现状展开分析,针对问题提出具体解决对策,旨在提升旅游食品安全管理水平,进而确保广大游客的饮食安全。With the continuous improvement of people’s quality of life,China’s tourism industry has entered a stage of vigorous development,and the problem of tourism food safety has been widely concerned by the society.At the present stage,domestic tourism food safety is multi-faceted.In order to promote the high-quality development of the tourism industry,many scenic spots have built a strict food safety supervision and management mechanism.However,some scenic spots still have weak food supervision,food hygiene quality and other problems.In addition,the diversification and rapid circulation of tourism food has also brought some difficulty to food safety management.Based on this,this paper analyzes the current situation of tourism food safety management,and puts forward specific countermeasures to solve the problems,aiming to improve the level of tourism food safety management,and then ensure the food safety of the majority of tourists.
