摘  要:本文分析了气相色谱质谱联用检测法、酶联免疫吸附测定法、胶体金免疫层析检测法以及高效液相色谱检测法等食品农药残留检测方法,并探讨了其各自的优缺点。分析认为,为了进一步提高检测准确性和效率,应依据食品类别科学选方法和试剂,加强技术研发创新,推动设备轻便化发展,定期组织检测培训。This paper analyzes various detection methods for pesticide residues in food,including gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay,and high-performance liquid chromatography,and discusses their respective advantages and disadvantages.The analysis suggests that to further improve detection accuracy and efficiency,it is essential to select appropriate methods and reagents based on food categories,strengthen technological innovation,promote the development of more compact and portable equipment,and regularly organize training for detection personnel.
