摘 要:目的探讨外科护理学混合教学过程中依托进展性案例与团队合作的实践效果。方法纳入2021年9月—2022年1月莆田学院2019级护理1班和2班79名本科生作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(40名)和对照组(39名)。对照组采用常规课堂面授教学模式,观察组采用基于进展性案例与团队合作的混合式教学模式。结课后比较两组学生的课程成绩,通过调查表调查两组学生的课程满意度;开课前与结课后调查两组学生的个人成长主动性与评判性思维能力得分。结果期末成绩、综合评定成绩及课程满意度三方面,观察组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);结课后,观察组学生在计划性、资源利用、主动行为这3个维度及个人成长主动性总分上均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);结课后,观察组学生除认知成熟度维度外,其他6个维度(寻找真相、开放思想、自信心、分析能力、求知欲、系统化能力)及评判性思维总分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论外科护理学教学中依托进展性案例与团队合作的混合式教学模式,有助于提高学生的学习成绩,利于学生个人成长主动性与评判性思维能力的形成与构建。Objective To explore the effect of blended teaching model based on progressive case and team cooperation on the teaching practice of surgical nursing.Method A total of 79 undergraduate students from Class 1 and Class 2 of Grade 2019 in our university from September 2021 to January 2022 were selected as research objects and randomly divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=39).The control group adopted the conventional classroom face-to-face teaching mode and the observation group adopted the blended teaching mode based on progressive cases and team cooperation.After class the course scores of the two groups of students were compared and the course satisfaction of the two groups of students was investigated by questionnaire.The scores of personal growth initiative and critical thinking ability of the two groups were investigated before and after the class.Result The total final examination scores,comprehensive scores and course satisfaction of observation group were higher than those of control group and the differences were statistically significant(p<0.05).After class the students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group in the three dimensions of planning resource,utilization active behavior and the total score of personal growth initiative the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).After class the observation group had statistically significant differences in truth seeking open mind analytical ability self-confidence systematic ability thirst for knowledge and total score of critical thinking(p<0.05).Conclusion The blended teaching based on progressive cases and team cooperation in surgical nursing teaching was helpful to improve students'academic performance and is conducive to the formation and construction of students'personal growth initiative and critical thinking ability.
