摘 要:关于“教学是什么”这一问题的思考是对教学本质的再认识。无论是把教学视为技术还是艺术,都具有一定的合理性,但不能将教学与其等同。把教学视为技术,教学容易沦为精准控制的预期操作,失去对人的发展的整体关怀,师生成了“单向度的人”;把教学视为艺术,容易导致学生主体失语,教学实践乱象频发,教学方向陷入迷茫。教学源于生命、立于生命、循于生命、达于生命,所以教学应该是促进师生生命成长的过程。通过教学更好地促进教学主体的生命成长,应确定教学的生命价值取向,注重教学主体的生命彰显,关注教学内容的生活场域,注重教学过程的生命生成,唤起教学评价的生命理解。Reflection on the question“What is teaching?”is a re-conceptualization of the nature of teaching.Although it is reasonable to regard teaching as technology or art,it cannot be equated with teaching.When teaching is regarded as technology,it is easy to be reduced to the expected operation of precise control,thus losing the overall concern for human development,and making teachers and students“one-dimensional people”;and when teaching is regarded as an art,it will easily lead to students’aphasia,frequent chaos in teaching practice and confused teaching direction.Teaching originates from life,rests on life,follows life and reaches life,so teaching should be the process of promoting the life growth of teachers and students.In order to better promote the life growth of teachers and students through teaching,we should determine the life value orientation of teaching,pay attention to the life display of teachers and students,focus on the life field of teaching contents,lay emphasis on the life generation of teaching process and arouse the life understanding of teaching evaluation.
