摘 要:教育家精神融入高校师德建设,既是发挥立德树人重要作用的内在要求,也是新时代建立高质量专业化高校教师队伍的重要抓手。教育家精神融入高校师德建设具有坚定教师理想信念、浸润教师职业情操与涵养教师个人品格的深层价值。当下高校师德建设面临着功利性认知对精神历史性的遮蔽、制度性义务对精神崇高性的削弱、理论性制度对精神实践性的消解等困境。为此,深化教育家精神融入高校师德建设,通过加强高校思政教育建设、构建高校教学共同体,推进高校师德评价体系改革等三个突破路径发力,从而拓宽教师信念格局、促进教师专业发展、深化教师个人品格,助力教育家型高校教师队伍的培养。Integrating the spirit of educators into the construction of faculty ethics in higher education institutions is both an intrinsic requirement for fulfilling the critical role of fostering virtue through education and a key lever for establishing a high-quality,professionalized faculty team in the new era.The integration carries profound value in strengthening teachers'ideological convictions,nurturing their professional ethics,and cultivating their personal character.However,current efforts face multiple challenges:utilitarian perceptions overshadow the historical significance of the spirit,institutional obligations dilute its noble essence,and theoretical institutional frameworks undermine its practical applicability.To address these issues,deepening the integration requires three breakthrough approaches:enhancing ideological and political education for faculty,establishing collaborative academic community in universities,and reforming the faculty ethics evaluation system.These measures will broaden teachers'commitment to their ideals,advance their professional development,and deepen their personal integrity,thereby facilitating the cultivation of educator-modeled faculty teams in higher education institutions.
