摘  要:酚类化合物是常见半挥发有机污染物,因其极性强、环境样品基质复杂,痕量检测难度大,需样品分离富集前处理。固相微萃取(SPME)是绿色高效前处理技术,整合分离、富集、进样步骤,与气相色谱-质谱联用可实现自动化分析。但商用SPME涂层种类少、选择性差,需开发新型涂层。本研究室温下用无模板法制备分级多孔共价有机框架(HCOF)涂层,调控对苯二胺与联苯胺比例制得三种HCOF涂层,对比其与商用85μmPA涂层对酚类的萃取性能。选出萃取性能最佳的HCOF(Pa/BD=0:1)涂层,优化萃取温度、时间、解吸温度与时间等条件,建立5种酚类化合物分析方法,用于环境样品检测。Phenolic compounds are common semi volatile organic pollutants,which require pre-treatment for sample separation and enrichment due to their strong polarity,complex environmental sample matrix,and difficulty in trace detection.Solid phase microextraction(SPME)is a green and efficient pretreatment technology that integrates separation,enrichment,and injection steps.When combined with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,it can achieve automated analysis.However,commercial SPME coatings have few types and poor selectivity,and new coatings need to be developed.This study prepared graded porous covalent organic framework(HCOF)coatings using a template free method at room temperature.Three types of HCOF coatings were prepared by adjusting the ratio of p-phenylenediamine to benzidine,and their extraction performance for phenols was compared with commercial 85μm PA coatings.Select the HCOF(Pa/BD=0:1)coating with the best extraction performance,optimize the extraction temperature,time,desorption temperature and time,and establish five methods for analyzing phenolic compounds for environmental sample detection.
