中职院校汽修专业实训室建设与管理模式探究

摘  要:作为职业教育有机整体的核心部分,中等职业学校扮演着关键角色,其中技能实训教育属于重点,为保障专业技能教育质量,需加强对专业实训室的关注度。本文以提高实训室增值赋能效果为研究目标,围绕中职院校汽修专业实训室展开深入探讨,提出多样化的建设路径,并深入探究实训室管理模式,彰显实训室的育人功能。研究结果表明,通过建设并高效化管理汽修实训室,不仅能满足学生实习实训的需求,还能促进产教一体化。As the core part of vocational education,secondary vocational schools play a key role,among which skills training education is the focus,and in order to ensure the quality of professional skills education,it is necessary to pay more attention to professional training rooms.This paper takes the improvement of the value-added empowerment effect of the training room as the research goal,conducts an in-depth discussion on the training room of automobile repair in secondary vocational colleges,proposes a diversified construction path,and deeply explores the management mode of the training room,so as to highlight the educational function of the training room.The results show that the construction and efficient management of the auto repair training room can not only meet the needs of students'internship and training,but also promote the integration of production and education.
