摘 要:文章旨在探讨高职院校电气类学生职业核心能力培养的有效策略,剖析了高职院校电气类专业现有职业核心能力培养过程中存在的问题,提出了树立正确的职业核心能力观,优化扩充职业核心能力培养路径和完善职业核心能力评价机制三条有效举措。文章认为,高职院校应整合各方力量将学生核心职业能力培养贯穿到人才培养的全过程,突破传统人才培养模式的局限,将学生核心职业能力培养切实落到实处,不仅有助于提升高职院校学生胜任未来职业岗位适应能力,还有助于增加学生未来职业岗位的竞争力。This article aims to explore effective strategies for cultivating vocational core competencies of electrical students in vocational colleges,analyze the problems existing in the current vocational core competency training process of electrical majors in vocational colleges,and propose three effective measures:establishing a correct view of vocational core competencies,optimizing and expanding the vocational core competency training path,and improving the vocational core competency evaluation mechanism.The article believes that vocational colleges should integrate various forces to integrate the cultivation of students'core vocational abilities throughout the entire process of talent cultivation,break through the limitations of traditional talent cultivation models,and effectively implement the cultivation of students'core vocational abilities.This not only helps to enhance the adaptability of vocational college students to future career positions,but also increases their competitiveness in future career positions.
