摘 要:随着汽车工业的快速发展,尤其是新能源汽车和智能网联汽车的崛起,汽车电气技术的更新速度日益加快。传统的汽车电气课程往往存在理论与实践脱节、课程内容滞后、教学方式单一等问题,亟须创新和改革。中德双元制教育模式以其“校企合作、理论与实践并重”的特色,成为提高学生职业能力和实践技能的重要途径。本文基于中德双元制教育模式,结合行动导向教学法,探讨其在汽车电气课程中的应用与实践效果。研究发现,采用这一教学模式后,学生的实践能力、创新思维和解决实际问题的能力显著提升,能够更好地适应汽车电气行业的技术要求和发展趋势。同时,通过校企合作,学生不仅能掌握前沿的汽车电气技术,还能在企业环境中积累宝贵的实践经验。本文还分析了中德双元制行动导向教学模式的实施效果,并提出了未来教学模式优化的方向。总体而言,中德双元制行动导向教学模式为汽车电气课程的教学改革提供了有效的路径,并为培养高素质、具有创新能力的技术人才奠定了基础。With the rapid development of the automobile industry,especially the rise of new energy vehicles and intelligent networked vehicles,the update speed of automotive electrical technology is accelerating day by day.Traditional automotive electrical courses often have problems such as disconnection between theory and practice,lagging course content,and single teaching methods,which are in urgent need of innovation and reform.The Sino-German dual education model has become an important way to improve students' vocational ability and practical skills with its characteristics of "school-enterprise cooperation,equal emphasis on theory and practice".Based on the Sino-German dual education model and the action-oriented teaching method,this paper discusses its application and practical ef fect in automotive electrical courses.It is found that after adopting this teaching mode,students' practical ability,innovative thinking and ability to solve practical problems are signifi cantly improved,and they can better adapt to the technical requirements and development trends of the automotive electrical industry.At the same time,through school-enterprise cooperation,students can not only master the cutting-edge automotive electrical technology,but also accumulate valuable practical experience in the corporate environment.This paper also analyzes the implementation ef fect of the Sino-German dual system of action-oriented teaching mode,and puts forward the direction of future teaching mode optimization.Overall,the Sino-German dual system of action-oriented teaching provides an ef fective path for the teaching reform of automotive electrical courses,and lays the foundation for cultivating high-quality and innovative technical talents.
