校企合作模式下高职院校汽修专业教学模式创新

摘　　要：随着汽车产业的迅速发展和技术革新,传统的高等职业院校汽车维修专业的教学方式逐渐显现出与行业实际需求不相匹配的问题。通过学校与企业之间的合作,可以有效促进教育与产业的融合,提高教学质量,这种模式已成为应对上述挑战的有效手段之一。本文深入研究了在这一合作框架下,高职汽修专业如何创新教学方法及其实现路径,目标是增强学生的综合素养与实践操作能力,培养能够满足现代汽车行业发展的高水平技术技能人才。With the rapid development and technological innovation of the automotive industry,the traditional teaching mode of auto repair in higher vocational colleges is facing the problem of being out of touch with the needs of the industry.As an important way to promote the integration of industry and education and improve the quality of teaching,school-enterprise cooperation has gradually become an effective strategy to solve this problem.This paper discusses the innovation and practice path of the teaching mode of auto repair major in higher vocational colleges under the school-enterprise cooperation model,aiming to improve its comprehensive quality and practical ability,and cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents who meet the development needs of the modern automobile industry.
