摘 要:“舌尖上的化学”课程以学生为中心,旨在提升教学质量,并实现通识教育中的“育人”和“发展”目标。课程面向非化学专业学生,通过整合“化学与食品知识”“营养与健康知识”和“历史与社会知识”,构建了“趣味”“生活味”和“思政味”协调的跨学科教学模式。课程设计兼具科普性与大众化特征,支持不同知识背景的学生有效学习,并通过“做中学”理念,结合情境教学和实践实验,激发学生的学习兴趣,突出化学学科实验科学的特色。教学过程中,课程注重学生的主体地位,采用“5E”教学模式与线上线下混合式教学,提高了学生的互动性和自主学习能力。多维度的评价体系确保学生在学习中不仅掌握知识,还能提升素养并发展实践能力。课程展现了良好的教学成效,尤其在提升学生的化学应用能力、创新思维和社会责任感方面具有较高的教学价值和推广潜力。The course“Chemistry on the Tip of the Tongue”adopts a student-centered approach aimed at enhancing teaching quality while simultaneously achieving the dual objectives of“education”and“development”within general education.Targeted at non-chemistry majors, the course integrates“chemistry and food knowledge”,“nutrition and health knowledge”and“historical and social knowledge”,establishing an interdisciplinary teaching mode characterized by“interest”,“practical relevance”and“moral education”.Designed with a focus on popular science and accessibility, the course accommodates students with diverse academic backgrounds, fostering effective learning experiences.By incorporating the“learning by doing”pedagogy, the course combines contextual teaching with hands-on experiments to ignite students' interest and emphasize the experimental essence of chemistry.The teaching framework prioritizes student engagement, employing the“5E”instructional mode alongside a blended online-offline strategy to promote interaction and independent learning.Furthermore, a multidimensional evaluation system ensures students not only gain knowledge but also develop key competencies and practical skills.The course has demonstrated significant educational outcomes, particularly in enhancing students' ability to apply chemical principles, fostering innovative thinking, and cultivating social responsibility.It offers substantial educational value and holds considerable potential for broader implementation.
