摘　　要：产教融合背景下,地方高校食品类专业教学模式研究意义重大。当前,理论研究有多种模式,但存在校企合作不紧密等问题。改革目标涉及人才培养体系、实践平台、教师队伍、教材和课程体系等方面。实施方案涵盖人才需求调研、培养方案修订、立体式教学模式构建、实践平台打造、课程教材建设、教学方法探索、“双师型”队伍培育及教学评价体系建立,有助于提高人才培养质量,推动高校与地方经济社会发展紧密结合。In the context of integrating industry with education,studying teaching models for food majors in local colleges is crucial.Theoretical research presents various models,yet there are issues like weak school-enterprise cooperation.Reform goals cover talent training systems,practice platforms,teacher teams,materials,and curriculum.The implementation plan included talent demand surveys,curriculum revisions,3D teaching model development,practice platform creation,course and textbook construction,teaching method exploration,dual-teacher team cultivation,and teaching evaluation system establishment,which could enhance talent quality and closely link colleges with local economic and social development.
