摘  要:新时代中国教育改革发展的新形势与新要求对高等师范院校舞蹈人才培养提出了更高的标准。当前,高等师范院校舞蹈教学存在着教学目标的多维指向不清晰、教学内容的拓展融合不充分、教学方式的创新设计不灵活、教学评价的体系构建不完善等问题。在师范类专业认证要求和“新师范”建设背景下,高等师范院校舞蹈教学改革可采取的对策是:设定多维教学目标,提升核心素养;融合创新教学内容,激发学习兴趣;采取多元教学方式,提升学习效果;建立健全评价体系,促进全面发展。The new situation and requirements in the development of education reform in China in the new era have put forward higher standards for the cultivation of dance talents in normal universities.At present,dance teaching in normal universities is facing such problems as unclear multi-dimension guidance of teaching objectives,insufficient expansion and integration of teaching content,inflexible innovative design of teaching methods,and incomplete construction of teaching evaluation system.Under the requirements of teacher education professional accreditation and the background of“new teacher education”construction,in the reform of dance teaching in normal universities,we can adopt such measures as setting multi-dimension teaching goals to enhance core competencies,integrate innovative teaching content to stimulate learning interest,build diverse teaching methods to enhance learning outcomes,and establish a sound evaluation system to promote comprehensive development.
