摘 要:技能大赛作为衡量职业院校评价人才培养质量的重要平台,已经成为连接教育与行业、理论与实践的桥梁。技能大赛在职业院校人才培养中的战略价值主要表现在:可以优化职业院校人才培养的目标定位、促使职业院校加强课程建设更新教学方法、提升职业院校教师专业素养与教学水平、推动评价方法改革。技能大赛在职业院校人才培养中的实践路径是:深化以赛育人理念,提升学生综合素质;融入技能大赛的内容标准,开展模块化、递进式课程建设;依托技能大赛,打通“双师型”教师队伍发展路径;基于技能大赛构建“三全”人才培养评价体系。As an important platform for evaluating the quality of talent cultivation in vocational colleges,skill competitions have become a bridge connecting education and industry,theory and practice.The strategic value of skills competitions in the talent cultivation of vocational colleges is mainly reflected in:optimizing the target positioning of talent cultivation in vocational colleges prompting vocational colleges to strengthen curriculum construction and update teaching methods,improving the professional literacy and teaching level of vocational college teachers,and promoting the reform of evaluation methods.practical path of skills competitions in the talent cultivation of vocational colleges is:deepening the concept of“competition-based education”,enhancing the comprehensive quality of students;integrating content standards of skills competitions,carrying out modular and progressive curriculum construction;relying on skills competitions to open up the development path for“double-competency”teaching staff;based on skills competitions,building a“three-dimensional”talent cultivation evaluation system.
