摘 要:教师教育课与思政课协同育人是推进“课程思政”建设与“大思政课”建设的应然之举,也是发挥思政课政治与价值引领作用以及教师教育课师德养成教育功能的必然要求。师范类专业教师教育课与思政课协同育人面临师生组织关系分离对协同育人造成机制上的束缚,思政育人内容有所重叠且重点不明确,思政育人实践缺乏互动性与深入性,分离式、模糊化、片面化的评价方式对思政育人实践的导向作用有限四重困境。师范类专业教师教育课与思政课协同育人的脱困对策是:建立虚实互补的协同教研机制,构建协同育人共同体;锚定两类课程思政育人内容的主要交叉点,明确各自思政育人的侧重点;开展全链条协同育人活动,全方位提升思政育人实践成效;注重教学反馈与教学反思,构建以学生满意度评价体系为核心的质量保障机制。Collaborative education between teacher-education courses and ideological and political courses is a necessary measure to promote the construction of“ideological and political theories teaching in all courses”and“big ideological and political education courses”.It is also an inevitable requirement to give full play to the political and value leading role of ideological and political courses,as well as the educational function of teacher-education courses in cultivating teacher ethics.The collaborative education of teacher-education courses and ideological and political courses in teacher education majors faces such four difficulties as the mechanism constraint on collaborative education posed by the separation of teacher-student organizational relationships,the overlapping and unclear focus of ideological and political education content,the lack of interactivity and depth in ideological and political education practice,and the limited guiding role of separated,fuzzy,and one-sided evaluation methods in ideological and political education practice.The strategies to overcome the difficulties of collaborative education between teacher-education courses and ideological and political courses in teacher-education majors include as follows:establishing a collaborative teaching and research mechanism that complements reality and virtuality to build a collaborative education community,anchor the main intersection of ideological and political education content in two types of the courses to clarify the focus of their respective ideological and political education,carry out full-chain collaborative education activities to comprehensively enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education practices,and pay attention to teaching feedback and reflection to establish a quality assurance mechanism with student satisfaction evaluation system as the core.
