摘 要:作为新制度主义的最新进展,话语制度主义不仅关注观念与话语对政治的影响,而且以更加动态的方式看待制度的变迁问题。从新制度主义在比较教育中的整体发展历程来看,继三种新制度主义和世界文化理论新制度主义后,话语制度主义在比较教育中的运用进一步拓宽了比较教育中制度分析的研究视野。在比较教育中,话语制度主义兴起的背景主要在于新制度主义在世界文化理论运用中的不足,以及其他新制度主义流派难以应对当前比较教育面临的复杂且动态的国际趋势。相比其他新制度主义流派,话语制度主义在比较教育中具有独特的理论创新性,并形成了“话语沟通”“再语境化”和“全球-国家-公众”的分析逻辑。由新制度主义的其他流派迈向话语制度主义的过程中,比较教育经历了不同方面的理论嬗变:从影响制度的社会因素到人对制度影响的分析;从宏观层面到微观话语对制度影响的分析;从影响制度的静态因素到动态因素的分析。面向未来,话语制度主义的独特优势将为比较教育学科建设和我国比较教育发展作出重要的理论与现实贡献,但也要认识到其理论局限。Discursive institutionalism is the latest development of new institutionalism.It focus around the influence of ideas and discourses on politics,and examines the institutional changes in a more dynamic way.Reviewing the overall development of new institutionalism in comparative education,three types of new institutionalism and the new institutionalism of world cultural theory brought great impacts on comparative education research,while the application of discursive institutionalism in comparative education has further broadened the horizon of comparative education research in institutional analysis.In comparative education,the background of the rise of discursive institutionalism mainly lies in the deficiency of new institutionalism in the application of world cultural theory,and the difficulty of other new institutionalism schools in coping with the complex and dynamic international trends facing comparative education at present.Compared with other new institutionalism,discursive institutionalism has unique theoretical innovation in comparative education,and has formed the analytical logic of"discursive communication","re-contextualization"and"global-national-public".In the move from other schools of new institutionalism to discursive institutionalism,comparative education has undergone theoretical changes:from analysis of the social factors affecting the system to the influence of people on the system;analysis of the influence of macro-level to micro-level discourse on the system;analysis of static factors to dynamic factors affecting the system.Due to the unique advantages,discursive institutionalism is expected to make important theoretical and practical contributions to the discipline construction of comparative education and the development of comparative education in China.At the same time,we should also recognize the theoretical limitations of discursive institutionalism compared with other new institutionalism schools.
