摘　　要：罗汉果甜苷是一种天然甜味剂,具有高甜度和低能量的特点,在食品行业应用广泛。综述罗汉果甜苷在饮料、调味品、糖果、烘焙食品等领域的应用及其对人体健康的影响。Mogroside is a natural sweetener with high sweetness and low calorie content.It is widely used in the fields of food and beverages.This article aims to explore the application of mogroside in beverages,condiments,candies,baking,and its influence on human health.
