摘　　要：“四新”背景下培养创新型理科人才是国家高质量发展的战略要求。作为理工科人才主力军的地方高校,需要找准地方高校理科专业建设发展定位,将能力与素质作为理科人才培养核心要素,并从科学思维、科学素质、专业能力和家国情怀四个方面提出具体培养目标。基于此,以桂林理工大学地球化学专业人才培养为例,从优化改革人才培养方案、深化课程体系改革、推进教学方式多元化、强化教育教学资源建设等具体探索与实践举措,为地方高校理科人才培养提供可鉴思路。Under the background of"Four New",training innovative science talents is the strategic requirement of high-quality development of the country.As the main force of science and engineering talents,local colleges and universities need to find out the orientation of the construction and development of science majors in local colleges and universities,and clarify the connotation of science talent training.This study takes the cultivation of talents majoring in geochemistry in Guilin University of Technology as an example.This paper explores and puts forward practical measures from the aspects of optimizing and reforming the talent training program,deepening the curriculum system reform,promoting the diversification of teaching methods,strengthening the construction of education and teaching resources.The study provides useful ideas for the training of science talents in local colleges and universities.
