摘 要:泰国中文教育在全球范围内具有典型性,呈现总体发展态势良好、低龄学习群体规模持续扩大、商务汉语职业教育特色鲜明的三重特征。在数字化转型背景下,其数字教学资源已形成涵盖数字教材、在线课程、智能教学平台及移动端应用程序等多元形态的供给体系,但仍存在资源分布碎片化、系统层级不完整、基础教育阶段资源供给不足、优质标准化内容缺失等结构性矛盾。然而,泰国在数字化基础设施建设方面具有显著优势,叠加政府推行的“中文+数字化教育”战略政策支持,为教学资源体系优化提供了双重制度保障与技术赋能。基于此,本研究提出包含四大维度的创新性解决方案:其一,重点开发适合低龄学习者的交互式数字教学资源;其二,构建汉语水平等级考试(HSK)与数字资源的有机衔接机制;其三,建立覆盖基础教育、职业教育及终身教育的三级资源分类体系;其四,搭建“政府-企业-院校”协同参与的资源共享平台,并依托社交媒体矩阵实施精准化用户服务与市场拓展策略。本研究通过构建“技术赋能-政策驱动-体系重构”的三维分析框架,为东南亚地区国际中文教育数字化转型提供可复制的实践范式与理论支撑。The Chinese language education in Thailand is typical in the world,marked by a good overall development trend,a continuously expanding group of young learners,and distinct characteristics of business Chinese vocational education,as in the context of digital transformation,its digital teaching resources have formed a diversified supply system covering digital textbooks,online courses,intelligent teaching platforms,and mobile applications,etc.However,there are still structural contradictions such as fragmented resource distribution,incomplete system levels,insufficient resource supply at the basic education stage,and lack of high-quality standardized content.Nevertheless,Thailand enjoys significant advantages in terms of digital infrastructure construction,coupled with the government's support for the"Chinese+Digital Education"strategic policy,which provides dual institutional guarantee and technical enablement for the optimization of the teaching resource system.Based on this,this study proposes an innovative solution composed of four dimensions:firstly,a focus on developing interactive digital teaching resources suitable for young learners;secondly,the construction of an organic link mechanism between the Chinese Proficiency Test(HSK)and digital resources;thirdly,the establishment of a three-level resource classification system covering basic education,vocational education,and lifelong education;and fourthly,the building of a resource sharing platform with the participation of the government,enterprises,and schools,as well as the implementation of precision user services and market expansion strategies based on the social media matrix.This study is aimed at providing a replicable practice paradigm and theoretical support for the digital transformation of international Chinese language education in Southeast Asia by constructing a three-dimensional analytical framework of"technological empowerment,policy-driven,and system reconstruction".
