摘 要:教育硕士作为高等教育与基础教育之间的关键纽带,对构建高素质教师队伍、推动高质量教育体系建设具有不可或缺的重要作用。在新时代背景下,教育硕士培养不仅是贯彻执行习近平总书记关于教育的重要论述的关键途径,也是我国教育体系高质量发展的核心组成部分。随着我国教育事业的持续推进,教育硕士的培养正面临新的挑战,包括如何涵养教育家精神,以及提升教育创新能力和数字化能力等。针对当前的教育生态,实施本硕一体化的培养模式,组建区域性教育硕士人才培养联盟,实施教育硕士班级管理制度,并加强数字技术辅助教学,将有助于破解教育硕士人才培养的诸多难题。The Master of Education program functions as a critical nexus between higher education and basic education,playing an indispensable role in cultivating high-caliber teaching professionals and advancing the construction of high-quality educational systems.Within the context of the new era,the cultivation of Master of Education candidates not only serves as a pivotal pathway to ope-rationalize President Xi Jinping’s educational philosophy but also constitutes a vital component in the high-quality development of China’s educational framework.As educational initiatives evolve continuously,the training of Master of Education graduates now confronts emerging challenges:cultivating the ethos of educational innovators,elevating pedagogical innovation capabilities,and fortifying digital literacy competencies.To address these dilemmas within contemporary educational ecosystems,strategic interventions include implementing integrated bachelor-master continuum training models,establishing regional alliances for postgraduate teacher education,developing cohort-based mentorship systems to balance individualized and standardized cultivation,and leveraging digital technologies to optimize talent development processes.
