摘 要:“国优计划”作为国家推动高水平综合大学深度融入教师教育体系的战略举措,旨在构建卓越的科学教师培养体系,提升基础教育师资质量。综合大学在落实“国优计划”的过程中,凭借学科交叉优势,在复合型、创新型、科研型师资培养方面展现出独特价值,但同时也存在学科知识与教学知识割裂、职前教师评价体系滞后、师资区域分布失衡、学科设置与教师需求不匹配等问题。为提升“国优计划”实施效能,应构建教师教育共同体,强化职前教师培养的协同育人机制;借鉴国际教师教育评价经验,优化基于证据导向的多元评价体系;优化教师资源配置,推动优质师资合理流动与学科均衡布局。As a strategic initiative to promote the deep integration of high-level comprehensive universities into the teacher education system,"National Excellence Project" aims to build an excellent science teacher training system and improve the quality of teachers in basic education.By virtue of interdisciplinary advantages,comprehensive universities have demonstrated the unique value in the training of composite,innovative and research-oriented teachers,but they still face problems such as the separation of subject knowledge and teaching knowledge,lagging of pre-service teacher evaluation system,imbalance of teacher regional distribution,and mismatch between subject settings and teacher needs.In order to improve the implementation efficiency of "National Excellent Project",we should build a teacher education community and strengthen the cooperative education mechanism of pre-service teacher training.Furthermore,we should learn from the experience of international teacher education evaluation,optimize the multi-evaluation system based on evidence,improve the allocation of teacher resources,and promote the reasonable flow of high-quality teachers and the balanced layout of disciplines.
