摘 要:目的探索培训者培训(train-the-trainer,T-T-T)模式在医院危重症护理培训中的应用效果。方法采用整群抽样法于2023年9月选取陕西省某三甲医院进行危重症护理培训的护士为研究对象,对照组采用传统教学模式,观察组采用T-T-T模式。结果培训后两组护士理论成绩、操作技能成绩、剧本成绩、综合成绩、对培训模式的满意度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将T-T-T模式应用于危重症护理培训中,能有效提高护士综合成绩和培训满意度,明确护士的“学生”“教师”双重角色,使护士从学以致用升级为技能传授。该模式可广泛应用于临床护理培训中,有利于节省护理人才培训时间,提高培训效率。Objective To explore the application effect of train-the-trainer(T-T-T)nursing training model of intensive care in hospital.Methods Cluster sampling was used to select nurses from a Grade-A hospital in Shaanxi Province who received nursing training of intensive care in September 2023 as the research subjects.The control group received traditional teaching model,while the observation group received T-T-T model.Results There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05)in the theoretical scores,operational skills scores,script scores,comprehensive scores,and satisfaction with the training model between the two groups of nurses after training.Conclusion Applying the T-T-T model to nursing training of intensive care can effectively improve nurses′comprehensive performance and training satisfaction,clarify the dual roles of nurses as"students"and"teachers",and upgrade nurses from applying what they have learned to imparting skills.This model can be widely applied in clinical nursing training,which is beneficial for saving training time for nursing personnel and improving training efficiency.
