摘 要:目的探讨数字化叙事教育联合案例教学在儿童血液肿瘤内科临床护理实习生带教中的应用价值。方法选取2022年8月至2023年8月在广西医科大学附属肿瘤医院淋巴血液及儿童肿瘤内科接受临床护理实践的60名护理实习生作为研究对象,根据实习先后顺序将所有护理实习生分为对照组和观察组,其中观察组30名施予数字化叙事教育联合案例教学,对照组30名施予传统教学。1个月后比较、分析两组的认知共情能力、人文关怀能力得分和满意度。结果教学前两组的认知共情能力、人文关怀能力各维度得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);教学后,观察组的认知共情能力、关怀能力各维度得分和满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在儿童血液肿瘤内科临床护理实习生带教中应用数字化叙事教育联合案例教学效果显著,值得在临床教学中进行推广。Objective To explore the application value of digital narrative education combined with case-based learning teaching in the teaching of clinical nursing interns in the pediatric hematological oncology department.Methods A total of 60 nursing interns who received clinical nursing from August 2022 to August 2023 in the Department of Lymphohematology and Pediatric Oncology,Guangxi Medical University Cancer Hospital were selected,according to the order of practice,all nursing interns were divided into control group and observation group,in which 30 students in the observation group were given digital narrative education combined with case-based learning teaching,and 30 students in the control group were given traditional teaching.After one month,the scores of cognitive empathy and caring ability and satisfaction of nursing students were compared and analyzed.Results There were no significant differences in the scores of cognitive empathy and caring ability between the two groups before teaching(P>0.05).After teaching,the scores of cognitive empathy and caring ability and satisfaction of nursing students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of digital narrative education combined with case-based learning teaching is significant in the teaching of clinical nursing interns in the pediatric hematological oncology department,it is worth popularizing in clinical teaching.
