校企合作模式下机电专业“双师型”教师教学创新团队建设探究

摘  要:在校企合作模式下,建设机电专业“双师型”教师教学创新团队能够促进校企间的全方位合作,为推动职业教育教学改革创新和提高职业人才培养质量提供有力支撑。基于此,从校企联盟建立、教师培养、平台搭建等多个角度探索了机电专业“双师型”教师教学创新团队建设路径,从而提升职业教师队伍建设水平,为推动教育现代化发展和培养高素质职业人才提供师资保障。Under the mode of school-enterprise cooperation,the construction of"double-teacher"teaching innovation team for electromechanical major can promote the all-round cooperation between schools and enterprises,and provide strong support for promoting the reform and innovation of vocational education teaching and improving the quality of professional talent training.Based on this,from the perspectives of school-enterprise alliance establishment,teacher training,platform construction and other aspects,this paper explores the construction path of teaching innovation team for"double-qualified"teachers of mechanical and electrical majors,so as to improve the construction level of professional teachers and provide teacher guarantee for promoting the modernization of education and training high-quality professional talents.
