摘 要:依托产业学院推动产教融合、校企合作,创新产教协同育人,是我国现代职业教育体系建设改革发展的重点之一。基于新制度主义理论,从合规制性、合规范性、合文化-认知性三方面对高职院校产业学院的建设问题进行分析,发现高职院校产业学院建设存在规制性欠缺、规范性不足、文化—认知性薄弱等问题,需要从加强高职院校产业学院建设的法律研究和规制、完善高职院校产业学院建设的运行规范、促进高职产业学院建设的共同认知和文化认同等方面开辟实践新路径。Relying on industrial colleges to promote the industry-education integration,school-enterprise cooperation,and innovate collaborative education between industry and education has become one of key points in the construction and reform of China’s modern vocational education system.Based on the theory of new institutionalism,this paper analyzes the construction issues of industrial colleges in higher vocational colleges from three aspects:compliance with regulations,compliance with norms,and compliance with culture cognition.It is found that there are deficiencies in regulation,lack of standardization,and weak cultural cognition in the construction of industrial colleges in higher vocational colleges.It is necessary to open up new practical paths from strengthening legal research and regulation in the construction of industrial colleges in higher vocational colleges,improving the operational norms of industrial college construction in higher vocational colleges,and promoting common cognition and cultural identity in the construction of industrial colleges in higher vocational colleges.
