摘 要:“双减”政策颁布后,校外培训得到有效治理,但在学前阶段仍有许多家长出于帮子女做好入学准备的初衷,让孩子参加各类校外培训。为探究儿童参加校外培训与其入学准备之间的作用机制,本研究对917名学龄前儿童及其家长进行问卷调查,发现学龄前校外培训参与时间对儿童入学准备中的身心准备、社会准备和学习准备具有正向影响,但对生活准备没有显著影响;校外培训参与时间、自我效能感与儿童入学准备之间存在显著的正相关;自我效能感在学龄前校外培训参与时间和儿童入学准备之间起到部分中介作用。研究表明,在影响儿童入学准备的相关因素中,内部心理机制是影响儿童各方面能力发展的重要原因;家长应理性选择校外培训,合理安排园外时间。Following the implementation of the"Double Reduction"policy,extracurricular training has been effectively regulated.However,many parents still enroll their children in extracurricular programs to facilitate their school readiness.This study investigated the mechanisms linking preschool children's participation in extracurricular training to school readiness through a questionnaire survey of 917 preschool children and their parents.The results demonstrated that the time invested in preschool extracurricular training positively predicted children's physical-psychological,social,and academic readiness for formal schooling.However,no significant effect was found on life readiness.A significant positive correlation was identified among participation time,self-efficacy,and school readiness,with self-efficacy exhibiting a partial mediating role between participation time and school readiness.These findings suggest that intrinsic psychological mechanisms are vital in influencing children's developmental competencies.Parents are advised to rationally select extracurricular training and strategically arrange children's after-school schedules.
